We currently have this garden annexe building in for Planning in North London.
By going through the pre-app process and having a discussion with the Planning Department and a Heritage Consultant we are hopeful that the single storey building for family accomodation will be recieved well.
The site is within the curtilage of a Grade II Listed House, and the design has taken cues in its form and materiality from the original property, whilst avoiding an historic mimicry. Modern spaces, interiors and detailing have been employed, whilst maintaining a subtle reference to the site’s previous use as a farm.
