Our project for Unite Students in Portsmouth opened its doors in 2016. The building provides housing for 836 students in a central location next to Portsmouth and Southsea Station. The design features a common room inspired by the Spanish Steps in Rome to create a vibrant circulation space at the core of the building.

The distinctive yellow cube gives the building its identity and floats above a student lounge with spectacular views across the Solent.
