By providing a full-width, rear extension with an internal courtyard at lower-ground floor level we have been able to add a 2nd bedroom to the lower flat of our client’s property.

The courtyard brings natural light and ventilation into the rear bedroom and enclosed bathroom, and a planted  roof over the extension will improve the outlook from the rear of both properties, whilst maximising biodiversity to the rear garden.
