Ralph studied architecture at the Universities of Portsmouth and Cincinnatti. He worked for a number of years in Germany and the USA before settling in London in 1999 to start his first practice. In 2005 he merged that business with an established Leeds based office and became the London director of Ramsden and Partners Architects. He held that role until 2010 where he grew his client base in the developer led residential sector. He formed Cooley Architects in 2010.
Ralph has a strong understanding of the Residential and Student Residential sectors and is a design focused architect who uses a creative approach to problem solving in a commercial environment.
He lives in East London with his wife and two young children who occupy most of his spare time.
